Mason has added toilet flushing to his list of new discoveries. Of all the things we have to barricade to keep him from getting into, I never ever thought the toilet handle would be one of them. I think it's kind of funny that he finds it so amusing. When Colby was little, my older brothers convinced him that there were monsters in the toilet. (They actually tried to convince me and Colby that there were monsters everywhere: Toilet, freezer, carpet, basement...) Naturally, he believe them and was afraid of the toilet flushing. They thought it was so funny, they recorded the sound of it and would chase him around the house terrorizing him.
We've been enjoying the nice weather here. It's definitely a nice change from all the rain. I think Mason has appreciated it too. He's almost always content if you have him outside. The next few pics I took while we were wandering around campus last Saturday waiting for Mike to get done with a test.
Sorry I didn't turn this one. It's hard for some reason to do it on this computer, and Mike is at school. So, you'll just have to turn your head to see how cute it is.
We also went to Rock Canyon Park last weekend. Mason likes to play in the grass, and likes to see little kiddos playing around too. He always squawks whenever we see anyone little, like he's talking to them in his own language.
I deleted the picture from them at the top of the slide because it was dark and hard to see them. Mike had somewhat of a difficult time getting up and in because it's one of those that's covered at the top. It was pretty amusing to watch.
We are starting to pack since we're moving in a couple of weeks. Mason has enjoyed that too. Well, not necessarily the packing but he likes to have more stuff around to destroy. He really likes to chew on bubble wrap. I guess that's not surprising though because he likes to chew on everything.
Looks like all the normal fun little ones have! My kids thought the boxes were more fun than the stuff that cam in them most of the time when they were his age! Enjoy packing!
